Parham has over 25+ years in the computer industry. He was founder of DI/COM Ltd, a cutting edge company which designed, programmed, and installed high speed computer based telecommuncation systems for emergency management. Parham has also done consulting work all over the US and in the Caribbean in computer based teleconmmunications.

Over the last 15 years, Parham has designed websites for scuba operations, research ships, hang gliding operations, beer tap system designers, and more! He has written numberous web applications as we enter the era of "cloud computing" including numberous webbased payment systems for utility companies and custom applications.

He also has extensive experience in hosting websites, web applications, and email systems.
